Joining a new company is both exciting and overwhelming for any employee – especially in the fast-paced and dynamic world of commercial real estate. That’s why we decided to dedicate a full week to provide training to our new hires.
ACCESS Onboarding Week sets the foundation for success for new hires by providing a holistic overview of our company’s values and culture and helping employees gain a deep understanding of what makes our organization unique. Our goal is that this shared knowledge gives a sense of belonging and helps align employees with our mission and future vision.
This week also gave our employees important information about our organizational structure, policies, and processes to help them navigate their roles more effectively and understand how their individual contributions align with our overarching team goals. New team members had the opportunity to meet and interact with key leaders in various departments, such as leasing, investment analysis, development, and brokerage. By fostering cross-departmental connections, onboarding week helped us lay the groundwork for effective collaboration and communication within our growing team.

We ended Onboarding Week at Blue Sky Patio & Pickleball right here in the heart of Omaha for a team happy hour. We’re thrilled to continue to grow our ACCESS team to continue the best service for our partners and community.
